What types of certificates/letters are available?Updated a year ago

Upon completion of your course, you have the option to purchase additional documents and certificates not only to enhance your learning but also to showcase your achievement. These will be listed below for your convenience and can be viewed on our website. The documents listed below can be ordered from your course page on your Virtual Campus or directly on our website:

Accredited ICOES Certificate: (Hard copy or PDF format). Issued directly by ICOES, the hard copy certificate is printed on certificate paper [Size A4 (210 x 297 mm) 300 grams Motif Premium] and includes grading and an embossed stamp. Each ICOES certificate is numbered. 

As for the Soft copy (PDF) version, after payment is approved, ICOES will process the delivery of the PDF document to your email within 24 hours.

Certificate of Achievement: This document will be available once you have completed a course. The Certificate is issued with your name, the course's name, and the date of issue. 

Results Breakdown: This PDF transcript shows your marks per module for your completed course. Your transcript will be available for download on the payment confirmation page.

Proof of Completion: This PDF letter shows which course you completed, your estimated study time, and what was covered by your course. 

CPD Certificate: Our CPD-approved courses are indicated with a CPD logo on the course page. If you have completed a course with this logo on the page, you can get a CPD certificate. 

NOTE: All these documents are not standalone items and should only be purchased with a course or a subscription. Once you have completed and successfully passed your course, please note that you will need to go to the account menu on your Virtual Campus account to finalize the order by clicking "Redeem Certificate" or " Redeem Letters". Once the document is redeemed: 

a) For ICOES Accredited Certificate:

- Hard copy certificate - You will receive an email with the order confirmation and delivery estimate

- Soft copy certificate - You will receive an email from ICOES within 24 hours with your Certificate 

b) For the other documents:
