I’m having trouble logging in to my account.Updated 2 years ago

If you’re unable to access your account, try the following solutions:

Reset your password

Click the Login button on the right side of your screen. In the login box, you’ll find the Forgot password button. You’ll be able to reset your password there.

Check that you are using the right email, Facebook, or Google account

If you can access your account but do not find any course materials, this might be because you have more than one account. If you do have more than one account, log in to the other and check if your course materials are there. 

  • Refresh your page and try again
  • Try using a different browser

Finally, try to clear your browser cache. If you don’t know how to do so, follow the instructions in the sites linked below:
